Hi.  My name is James and I am a college student in North Carolina. I chose to complete a research paper on the topic of Predictive Analytics and how it impacts society.  Specifically, I am requesting information and feedback on the following:

-What is Predictive Analytics and how does it work?

-How is Predictive Analytics used in modern society?

-How does Predictive Anaytics affect modern society both positively and negatively?

Any feedback would be very much appreciated so that I may reference what Predictive Analytics is.  Any additional links and/or resources are also welcome in your response.
