SAS Energy Forecasting

I am presenting the following error when running a diagnostic in the SAS Energy Forecasting solution.

I need community support to:

1. Guide me to find the error.
2. Who can tell me the location of the log file that I should validate.

SAS Energy Forecasting is very much a niche product and it is unlikely that many Community experts use it. Raising a Tech Support track is probably a better option.
