Performance issues in Forecast Studio 12.1

Has anyone done an upgrade from Forecast Server 3.1 to 12.1?  We are experiencing significant performance degradation in Forecast Studio, particularly when switching to the modeling view.  Any similar experience?

Yes, we have had a track open for some time, 7611014512.  Do you know other customers who have made the jump from 3.1 to 12.1?

I understand that Technical Support is looking into this as we speak. At this point in time I'm not aware of any other customer who have made the jump from 3.1 to 12.1.
