PROC PANEL (Resources, books etc.)

Does anybody know of a good book or resource on PROC PANEL?  

I have already explored SAS documentation and examples provided by SAS at:  https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/etsug/15.2/etsug_panel_toc.htm . 

I am supervising a master thesis for an IESEG finance student in France, so I am trying to help one of my students better understand fixed-effects and random-effects models.  The student has panel data.
