You might want to check out chapter 10 of the SAS Forecast Server Administrator's Guide, which discusses custom reports - in particular have a look at: "Registering Custom Reports".

SAS Forecast Studio is the Java based graphical user interface of SAS Forecast Server. Amongst other SAS components SAS Forecast Server also features SAS High-Performance Forecasting, which it is using a the forecasting batch engine.
