I need information on Architecture and Process flow diagram to prepare the design document on Forecast Studio.

Check out the SAS Forecast Server 3.1 Administrator’s Guide, which contains information along these lines. Note that only SAS Forecast Server customers get access. If you are not a customer yet - then I would recommend to check out:
