why some characters are displaid like ? in SAS EG1

I have a problem in SAS EG in displaying some characters . 

ex: official is presented like a?cial , or status is showed like sta?s . It seems there are some mismatching in the unicoding.

What font are you using to display those values?

The ? is frequently shown when a character is encountered that the font does not have a definition for.
