TS790 "Diagnosing SAS Enterprise Guide Connectivity Problems" used to be available at http://support.sas.com/techsup/technote/ts790.pdf, but the link no longer works and I am unable to find the document on SAS's support website (no matter what search criteria I use). Very frustrating.

No wonder it has been taken down.  EG has changed a lot since 4.1

Hi Doc. I already downloaded the version from the docstoc link that Kurt linked. We are using EG 4.3. Although ITConfig looks different in 4.3 than what is shown in TS790, functionally it is equivalent. I also find the compendium of error code messages helpful.
