I am new to SAS and was wondering if there is a way to list all categorical variables using enterprise guide.
Nope, just because there's no way to say what is and what is not a 'categorical' variable. There is a Characterize Data task that's pretty helpful and probably pretty close to what you want.
There are ways to reference character or numeric variables enmass, but a numeric variable can be a categorical variable and a character variable could be an identifier and not a categorical variable.

If you have numeric values that are categories then not likely as unless you assigned either a label or name that indicates "categorical" you haven't much to search for. It is possible to get character variables which are usually categorical in nature (hard to do math with them). Do you need a menu driven EG approach or would code work for the character variables?
