how to see date of last Excel file update

Hi, colleagues.

I have an Excel file which is updated every day.

I would like SAS to import data from this file automatically, only if file is already updated today.

Can I run in SAS some function to see the date/time when the Excel file was modified last time?

Use the FINFO() function to get the last modified date.
