how to replace a data in sas enterprise guide

Hi,

So i have an excel file that i want to replace the data in the first column.

How do i do this in sas EG?

For example:

Item           | Price

Hamburger | 5.00

Food          | 4.00

Coke         |  1.00

Pizza        | 7.00

Drinks       | 1.50

Fanta        | 1.00

I want to replace the hamburger and pizza to the word Food

how do i do this?
