how to create stored process/ web application in sas eg

I want to create one html file with gender values 'Female','Male'. If I click the F/Female then female data should come .
As of now I have create structured only but not getting data
could you please try to solve my problem / how to develop the code

My main resource has always been the Stored Process Developer's Guide 

In EG, you first create the program in a code node that produces the report. For control, you create user prompts and assign them to the program. Then you use the context menu of the node to turn it into a stored process.

Get in touch with your SAS admin for stuff like where the repository for the STP codes is located.
