Hi all,
can anyone please tell me how to check which user is conencted to SAS metadata server and or using any running session? I am using SAS 9.3 MC and SAS EG 5.1, SAS EM 7.1.
Thanks.
Go to MC-> Plug-ins -> server manager:
Right click, choose 'Connect';
After successful connection, on the right panel of your screen, click 'clients' or 'log'.
I hope this is what you want.

Thanks Haiku but just making sure is this will affect currently working users?
No.
If that does not offer you what you want, such as what kind of activity/operation users are engaging or engaged, you can always find detailed log on the server, given that you have access to. The location of Metadata server log may vary depending on your deployment. You can also modify your logging configuration to different level, trace/debug/info/warn/error/fatal.
