error 1603 durante a instalação do SAS Enterprise Guide

Eu tentei instalar SAS Enterprise Guide (Demand for Academics) versão 8.3 de 2020-08, mas ao tentar instalar, ocorre o erro abaixo (log arquivo)

Eu Não estou conseguindo instalar essa versão, não tenho acesso a versões anteriores.

O que eu fiz

Eu desinstalei o SAS e plsqlODBC

Eu anexei o arquivo de log gerado durante o erro que ocorreu

Peço a ajuda da comunidade, estou iniciando meus estudos com o SAS e preciso simular o programa

Os passos não resolveram, o link enviado é  para problemas com instalação com SAS ODBC Drivers for Web infrastructure  Plataform Data Service mas, o meu problema é com a instalação do SAS Enterprise Guide , eu estou estudando o SAS Enterprise Guide e preciso instalar local, o que ocorre exatamente ? como posso corrigir esse erro ?

After some trouble shooting and several tries Sergio was able to install after deactivation of the antivirus software "Reason Cybersecurity".
