Hello Everybody, Does anybody know where can I get the earinfection dataset that some procedures examples use, like this right here http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings12/155-2012.pdf.

I suspect that the one you refer to came from The Handbook of Small Data Sets.
Downloads are available from several locations - here's one:
http://www.stat.ncsu.edu/working_groups/sas/sicl/data/
Looks like you need to supply your own data structure - or perhaps reference the book to construct it.
