Quite often when those errors occur the cause is a syntax or data violation for the procedure that is so, let us say unusual, that the complier doesn't know what to do with the code.

It might help to post some example data (in the form of a data step so we can actually run code) like yours and the Proc Reg code submitted. Which is going to be the first thing Tech support will want if you have not provided it already.
