Do you have any ideas, how could I import numeric .txt-file when the comma (,) is used as the decimal point?

You should consider using the NUMX informat (in the IMPORT task screen, in the 3rd category named COLUMNS OPTIONS or something (I only have French version of EG installed on my computer, so I have to translate the labels) and it sould work correctly to import your data.
