Obviously, you need an input data set that has 2 or more observations.

Show us your data. Show us your code.

My data set has more than 2 observations, one of the variable is a categorical variable containg the country names. Two of the countries in that occuronly once. Im getting this warning for those two countries for that particular variable

The warning is still correct.

How would you like to handle those records?

If you want to exclude them, you can do so with a WHERE statement in the PROC.

where country not in ('United States');

Yeah...you can't do a regression with less than 2 observations.

Something else is wrong.
