I used Enterprise Guide 4.1.0.508 to generate a simple bar graph and then saved it to an html file via ODS HTML. Internet Explorer 6 crashes when I try and open the html file with it and Firefox does not crash, but does not display any of the graphs. However, others have been able to view the graphs in the web pages. Is there some kind of special software I need to view these graphs?

Thanks,

Nick

Hi:
You are not actually saving the graph to an HTML file using ODS HTML, you are really building an HTML <IMG> tag that contains the location of the image file created by SAS/Graph.

If you are using ActiveX or Java Drivers, it could be that you do not have the right "controls" loaded onto your system. However, the fact that other folks (in the same company?) can see the images implies to me that there might be a different problem (perhaps with the way you're writing the files with ODS). Your best bet is to contact Tech Support for help.
