Unable to save projects to SAS folders

I am getting the error message when I try to save the data to Metadata folders. I am able to save it to the physical path on the servers, but not the metadata folders. Can anyone please advice? we have SAS(9.4m5) running on windows server 2012 r2 , EG version is 7.15.

Error: an unexpected error has occurred , unable to connect to the SAS content services to access content in DAV.

Not sure what you are doing but you don't store physical data in metadata folders - these are purely for storage of metadata objects like table registrations.
