The task "Task" could not be loaded because it is not registered with SAS Enterprise Guide

hi,

I recently installed SAS software for my unit of study. However when I tried to upload data using the SAS enterprise guide 5.1, it shows that "The task "Task" could not be loaded because it is not registered with SAS Enterprise Guide". How can I solve this problem?
