Stopping SAS using the stop button

Anyone to help??

 

whenever i click the red save button on the SAS EG pane, the program takes forever to stop

 

any quick way to stop it?

Detaching from your SAS server usually stops the process. At least EG is released. And of course any intermediate WORK data sets is lost...
