SendTo -Excel

Hi,

I would need to use the option File/ SendTo/Microsoft Excel. Do I need to have installed Excel the full version?

To use "Send To Excel" you do need Microsoft Excel installed. This feature automates Excel and populates a spreadsheet with your data.

You can use "Save As" and "Export as a Step" to Excel without having Excel installed. This uses the Microsoft data access components to save an xls file.
