Save prompts permanently in EG

Hi,

Is there a way to save the prompts created in EG permanently? End goal is to see the prompts after re-opening the new EG session. Just like profile settings.

I know there is an option 'Use prompt value throughout the project' while creating it. But it's disappearing after I close my EG session.
