I saw  the link http://support.sas.com/kb/57/382.html

and  followed the same steps

  1. Select Start ► All Programs ► SAS ► Utilities ► SAS Integration Technologies Configuration.
  2. Select the Test SAS Servers radio button and click Next.
  3. Select the Enter a SAS server definition manually radio button and then click Next.
  4. Under Currently Testing, select SAS Workspace Server, and under Connection Protocol, select IOM BRIDGE.
  5. Under Encryption Level, select Credentials, and under Encryption Algorithm, select SASProprietary.
  6. Enter the Service Name or Port Number (the default port number is 8591), and enter the user name and password for the user who is experiencing the problem.
  7. Click Test and review the log that is created.
