Hello,
I hope someone can help me on connecting SAS EG to Cloudera Hadoop. i.e. pull data directly from Cloudera.
Thank you in advance.

Contact your local SAS office, or appointed SAS partner.
There is a Hadoop access engine and PROC HADOOP, among other options. See the list of resources in this article:
SAS/Access to Hadoop, not your parents' access engine
Thank you Chris.
My understanding is that Cloudera admin has to set up username and password to Hadoop HDFS for SAS analyst execute PROC HADOOP from SAS EG, correct?

I don't have a ton of experience with it, but yes -- I think that's correct. PROC HADOOP accepts user/password credentials (or else AUTHDOMAIN, which allows you to use administered credentials from SAS metadata).
If you have a specific question about PROC HADOOP and Cloudera setup (which is usually independent of SAS Enterprise Guide), you might post that in the Data Management board.
Thank you very much! Chris. I will follow up with our Hadoop admin.
Have a great memorial day break.
