We have user's metadata connection working fine, tested using SAS Integration Technologies config wizard. However, when user try running any code, errors out.

Unable to connect to the server named 'APPSERVER"

The connection could not be established to a SAS Workspace Server named 'APPSERVER' running on port 10333 on host 'grid-worker-node'.

I verified user exist on metadata side, have OS identity and group membership.

Thank you -

If your SAS Compute server runs on Windows, does the user account have log on as batch job permission?

I suggest you open a Tech Support track for this. There is obviously something different about this user's configuration or permissions causing the problem.
