Hi,

 

Need help ASAP with the SAS FAW 32 core environment, SAS Enterprise Guide is frozen, tried reconnecting with no luck, Can’t submit basic code or open files inside the environment. I am able to connect with SAS Demo account. I am not able to connect with my username

Does "FAW" mean "Forecast Analyst Workbench"?  I renamed this topic accordingly.

 

And from the video, this looks like an environment that is maintained by your IT or SAS admin.  I think you'll need to work with them to get it solved.  The error messages imply that the logged-in user account does not have enough quota to start a SAS session.  An admin will need to address that for you.
