When I try to load SAS EG software, following message arises.

“The procedure entry pt nextafterf could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR120-CLR0400.dll.”

Any suggestions?

Uninstall and re-install Enterprise Guide. If that does not fix it, submit the problem to SAS technical support.

Thank you for the response. I have tried the uninstall and re-install the software same error messages arises.

That looks to be an installation issue related to the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime redistributable and possibly the .NET Framework (components that EG relies on). Yeah, I'd contact SAS Tech Support.
