Folks,

We are change our SAS Enterprise Guide installation for the new version. To speed up the installation process, we want to use silent installation mode to do that. We don't have a propagation manager software. Is there any way to add the computer name into command line? We have almost 100 installations to complete.

Regards,

Hello @MariaD,

when you have that large amount of installations, I would highly recommend client virtualization software, such as Microsoft App-V, Citrix or VMWare ThinApp. Or a Terminal Server.

However, and to answer your question, the best is to create a response file and modify it by script if needed.

I would like to suggest you to read:

Hope it helps, please let us know if you need assistance.

Kind regards,

Juan
