Hi everybody.

Working with the EPG, I tried to open the search window on codes with ctrl F, but the search window does not appear.

I have already tried the steps described in

Solved: SAS EG - lost search window - SAS Support Communities

but that does not work, or at least, I dont't know where to put the arrows tp.

I have also tried closing all windows and rebooting.

The search function actually works still. I  can press CTRL F and then inser then term, then press return, and find the respective term,

but it is very annoying not to see what I am doing.

Is there any possibility of resetting the search window?

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

I do not think SAS EPG rings a bell with anyone.

I suppose you mean Enterprise Guide. It is commonly abbreviated as EG or EGuide, but it's the 1st time I see "EPG".

Anyway, I have moved your post to the "Enterprise Guide" board (under "Solutions" header).

I guess you have a better chance to get a good response here.

Thanks,

Koen

@Gregor That can happen (not only with SAS clients) when using more than one screen and changing the setup.

The solution here shows you how to get the search window back on your screen.

This is an issue with EG 7 but not with EG 8. An upgrade will fix the problem.
