SAS EG session freezes up frequently

Experiencing recurrent session freezes with no apparent reason, since it happens even when executing very basic commands. These commands will run immediately one time, but the same command will freeze the session a few minutes after.

Yes, please open a tech support track. Tech support will want the version information for EG, plus information about the type of environment that you're running in (operating system, whether you're on a console or terminal server, local or remote SAS, etc.)
