Using Base SAS session and x command , I can copy file from one directory to another directory.

I want to do the same thing in SAS EG. x command is not working in SAS EG in my setup. Is there any other way to copy using EG.

I do not want to read file and then recreate in another location.

FCOPY function is SAS 9.4+

As @Reeza says, FCOPY might work for you in SAS 9.4 and later.  Before that, this method (DATA step) might work.  These are good for copying files within your SAS session from one location to another.

If you need to copy files on your local PC, try the System Command task.  And if you need to copy files from your local PC to the SAS server (or vice versa), then you want the Copy Files task.
