SAS EG can't work

since I install my sas，my sas base 9.4 is work normally. my EG has some problem and I reinstall SAS but noting solved.please help me to solve the problem,3Q.

I can't read these error messages exactly, but check these steps to use SAS Enterprise Guide with your local SAS installation.
