I have successfully installed the above mentioned version of SAS EG. After creating my profile completely when I click on “set Active” button it showing error. The error I am getting is attached as a screenshot.
As my profile is not active so I can’t find SAS Site number in help button , that is why unable to raise a ticket online.

You seem to have missed the attachment with the Error screenshot.
is not attaching...Seems it is an admin issue..let me check with IT team
