SAS EG 8.2 Export All Code In Large Project Not Working

Has anyone had an issue with EG 8.1 or 8.2 not exporting the code from a project?  I have a large project that I want to move to my server and need to export the code from my EG project.  When I export a single process process flow it works fine, but multiple process flows it will not work.
