 3. IN stored procedure

  2. PROC SCAPROC
  3. n/a in SAS. If you don't refer to Stored Process (different thing than a DBMS stored procedure)
  4. DESCRIBE VIEW (and potentially FEEDBACK option)

This will you give more or less structured text output.

If you really need to document your system, data and processes, you should go for a metadata driven environment.
