SAS Content Sever issue

Every Monday we are experiencing issues when accessing saved sas projects via Guide.

Error message: cannot open the file as a valid project file

Can any please help how we can solve this issue.

Looks like your content server is down / has crashed. Submit the problem to SAS technical support.
