SAS 9.4 crashes upon opening new data (Windows on Mac)

Hello!

I have installed SAS 9.4 using the Enterprise Guide. When the initial window opens and I click on new data, SAS immediately crashes. The same applies for Importing raw data files and setting fixed column width. The preview in the import window does not work either.

I am running windows 8 on mac with installed bootcamp.

For any help I would be more than thankful.

I think your best bet to resolve will be to open a ticket with Technical Support...  Technical Support Form.  They will need additional details.

As a first step I would simply re-install SAS and see if the same problem re-occurs. This is less time-consuming than doing a lot of troubleshooting.

I have tried to install both 32 and 64 bit versions multiple times, unfortunately that did not help.
