Hi there, 

 

Whenever I try to get new data in SAS, I come across the following error message:

I don't know how to fix this, please help!

The screenshot hardly shows any relevant information. Mailing the full error message to the admin of you local site will, most likely, yield the fastest help on this problem.

A common cause of this type of error is an expired SAS licence. Try typing the word SAS in the Windows Run prompt. If SAS fails to open a session and displays a "Setinit expired" error then that is the problem. If a SAS session does display successfully then you have confirmed that the licence has not expired.
