RTF output title blank - even after being set

I am setting a label in the properties of my line graph however it isn't being carried across to the RTF report.....any ideas I what I am doing wrong ?

Tell us more. Are you doing this in a task or code? What are the specifics?

How are you viewing the RTF file? If in Word, titles and footnotes only show on the screen if you are in "Print Layout View".
