Query Builder submits a execution for each attribute selection

When user is selecting a new atribute for aggregate functions while they are creating query, a new query is submitted to DBMS without run the step yet. That´s not make, because it is a huge data lake and for every click on query builder SAS Enteprise guide freezes and wait to response from the query. How to disable that ? It is a option should cause that ?

What happens if you go to Tools - Options - Query, and uncheck the option 'Validate query whenever changes are made'? Does that help?

yes, It it is exactly this option which is causing this weird behavior.
