Programs Slow after applying EG4.1 hotfix

We just recently applied the latest hotfix for EG 4.1 and today one of our users was complaining that his programs were now running much slower than they were. For example, a program that usually runs for 45 seconds, is now taking over 10 minutes. Is there any reason the hotfix would cause this? Not all users are noticing the same slow down.

Just make sure the user hasn't made any changes to the code or data, as may be coincidence...
