i am comparing two sas data set A and B. like

proc compare base = lib.A compare = lib.B out=lib.c;
quit;

On running this proc step in C data set i get all columns name.

i don't want this.

i want to store the name of those columns whose value is not equal, in data set C.

You will want to review the SAS PROC COMPARE options. The SAS support website http://support.sas.com/ has a wealth of technical papers and SAS-hosted documentation on this topic.
