Personalize Icon in Custom Task

Hi, I've built some custom tasks through visual studio 2003 and want to give my tasks some personalized icon when running in EG4.1. I saved the new icon and changed the file name in the code. While it seems that the new icon is still not recognized in EG4.1. Do I have to do some other things? Thanks!

I found that when I change the icon's property: Build Action to Embedded Resource, then it worked. While I still can only include an existing icon, but not a personalized one.
