How to Update values ?

if ext factor is >1 and ZPRE/ZHDL falls between 24 - 30 then ext     = 1

if ext factor is >1 and ZPRE/ZHDL falls equal to 24,36,75 then ext   = 1 

and how to keep where condition ?
