Hi All,

I appreciate if you can help me with this question:

if a PC has configured two ODBC, one in 32-bit and one in 64-bit, from the Enterprise Guide can we decide which one open? The machine is 64 bits but when they try to make the connection from the EGuide it always open 32-bit ODBC
Thanks.

Are you using ODBC using File/Open/ODBC in EG? If so I think you can select the driver there.

It is the "bitness" of EG that must match that of the ODBC driver, not the operating system. I can only assume you are using 32-bit EG, hence it is using a 32-bit driver. Please confirm.

Hi SASKiwi, thanks for your response

I confirm that the EG is 64-bit... I will suggest to uninstall ODBC 32-bit just to make a test...
