OLAP feature is disabled in SAS Enterprise Guide

in our organization we are using SAs EG 7.1 version running on SAS linux server (SAS 9.4 M2) . We could able to access the OLAP option from task menu in SAS EG  but recently we noticed the options under OLAP in SAS EG are greyed out . Any way to enable it back ?

Capbilities in EG can be controlled by roles etc in SAS Management Console.

Is your OLAP server up and running? Validate it from Management Console.

Right-click on the OLAP server, then Select "Validate". Have your SAS admin do it, they'll know how.
