Makin a Depot

I've made a SAS Depot using SN and place that Depot folder on a server
while trying to install the software on a client machine from the Depot through the network, I'm gettin an error (install failure) for each component I'm installing.
(the SN never find the modules)

is there a certin configuration for making a Depot.?
what is the right way.
