Library Does Not exist error in Eminer on SAS OnDemand

Hi,

I was trying to run a code through Dr. Sarma's book and in The Project Start Code window,  I am getting an error like the library doesn't exist.

Can you pls. help with detailed STEPS  or proper documentation, how to create library / The Project Start Code window etc.
